If I asked you to name your all-time favorite kids’ clothing brand, what would you say? Would you make nod to a favored celebrity brand? Would it be a brand that is well-known for its quality? As someone who has donned my own pair of those famous OshKosh B’Gosh overalls back in the day, I am glad to be able to say that I have been a fan of the brand for quite some time now. However, it wasn’t until we welcomed our own children into the world that I really, truly understood just how amazing the brand and its products actually are. You see, with our oldest, he typically outgrew his clothes before he had the chance to damage them. For the longest time, we would go through children’s clothes without ever paying any mind to the quality of an actual piece. Then, it was simply just another cute outfit for him to wear. However, when our youngest came along, we quickly learned better because we were introduced to the world of hand-me-downs. We had to be more mindful of our purchases because not only would our oldest be wearing the clothes, this time around, the clothes would soon belong to his little brother. With quality being held at the highest regard, the playing field was rapidly narrowed down and only a handful of brands fit the bill. In addition to still being another cute outfit for each of the boys to wear, the clothes now had to withstand the rough and tumble play of not one but two little boys. And, with the turn of every season (especially spring!), all of the fun that goes along with each awaiting adventure is reason to prepare our children with garments that will not only suit their style but will best coincide with their crazy, rowdy, and silly ways of play. Oshkosh B’Gosh was my favorite brand when my daughter was young. Not only is stuff adorable, but it is made so strongly, it lasts forever. No ripping or tearing like lesser brands.
