Lingerie.com Babydoll Review

Finding cute lingerie can always be a challenge for me. Not only am I extremely picky in this department, but finding one that fits correctly usually is stressful.  Let’s face it – we want to look our best for our partner, especially in that department {wink}.  Lingerie.com has a huge selection of lingerie as well as Plus Size Lingerie, which is so refreshing to see.  Many sites carry only regular size sleepwear/lingerie, which can be downright frustrating for women who have a little more junk in the trunk, or whose “girls” need a little more room.

The item I chose to review from Lingerie.com is the Sheer Ruffle Babydoll. It is feminine and edgy – which is just my style.  I chose this because I like the coverage factor – it leaves a little to the imagination, if you know what I mean.  I am very pleased with how well this is made.  It doesn’t feel like it will rip apart on it’s own accord, and it felt secure overall.  I think this will hold up well with multiple washings, and I don’t believe it will stretch out.  For me, I would wear this more short-term (which shouldn’t be a problem around here).  I would definitely recommend this babydoll (and Lingerie.com) to friends.  For obvious reasons, I am not going to show you a picture of myself in this, but you can see how it looks in the picture at left. I look JUST like her! Hey – stop laughing!

The fit is great, except on me it is a little tight in the chest area.  I should have known better, as I commonly have problems with shirts and blouses in this area.  I would say it is true to size though.  The item I originally chose was from the plus-size section, as I knew it would  fit my curves a little better.  Unfortunately, they were low on stock on that item, so I chose this similar one from the regular section.

Shopping on Lingerie.com was a breeze.  Their site is extremely easy to navigate, and ordering is simple.  As I mentioned before, they have so many items to choose from, whether you are looking for something dainty, sexy, really edgy or somewhere in between. They have so much more too – garters, stockings, undies, etc. Did I mention how much my hubby liked the babydoll I ordered?  Well he did – very, very much!

My item arrived very quickly and was packaged well.  I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience, and would not hesitate to tell all my friends about my wonderful experience with Lingerie.com.
