It’s a new year! Luv is reading like the dickens and, boy, is she eager to learn! So we started 2013 off strong with Mead Early Learning products.

Mead sent us a selection of products from their Early Learning line. I have to say I’m impressed with how easy each activity was to introduce to Luv. They have all proven to be great for independent learning and even help strengthen her problem solving skills. After looking through them, I could tell which she was already beyond, which would be great for practicing what we are currently working on, and which would be a challenge for her.

For the past year we’ve gotten her feet wet with daily lessons at home. Reading {which is her favorite pastime}, writing, and now math. Supplementing her lessons with Mead has been great… to her, they are not “lessons” they are fun! She sees me pull them out and grabs her pencil with a smile. To me, that is a sign of a great learning product. Here’s what she has to say about them:

Really happy [with them]! I liked the Shape Builders best. Trace it, draw it, color it! My favorites were the rainbow, the caterpillar, and the doughnut. And the ice cream! And the balloon! I colored the balloon green and pink.
