OshKosh B’Gosh Ginormous Sale

We all know that there are plenty of fashions that, most definitely, do not last throughout the ages. Parachute pants, leg warmers, bellbottom jeans… need I go on? There are, however, a minuscule number of truly timeless pieces. OshKosh B’Gosh is one of those select few.

After being launched in 1895, the OshKosh B’Gosh clothing line has been worn and enjoyed by generations of children and still, until this day, continues its legacy of making quality children’s clothing at affordable prices. As the mother of two boys, I know how much wear and tear every single article of clothing goes through. Since our youngest is typically clothed with big brother’s hand-me-downs, it has become imperative that we shop with that in mind. Not only does each and every item need to withstand being worn once, but needs to hold up in storage only to be brought out and put to the test, yet again, by our little one. Aside from being well made, it also needs to be stylish so that it still appeals to kids a few years down the road. We have certainly made our rounds through the world of children’s clothing and there are few and far in between that are up for this task. One brand that has always been consistent in, both, quality and style is OshKosh B’Gosh. And the kicker? If it’s cool enough for Daddy, it is a-okay in the kids’ eyes!

After, once, seeing a photograph of their father rocking his very own OshKosh B’Gosh overalls nearly three decades ago, the kids became enthralled with the brand. Like father, like sons. They love being able to shadow him in their own ways and I love that the clothes, like them, are tough. We were ecstatic to find out that we were given the opportunity to head out for a New Year’s shopping spree at our favorite children’s clothing store. Although we could not find the ever so popular and famous “world’s best” overalls in either of our kid’s sizes, the boys literally had requests for just about every single item they could find. Talk about a win-win! Most of the time shopping with boys is a nightmare. If it doesn’t have monster trucks or dinosaurs then they aren’t interested. OshKosh, however, is different. Everything has eye appeal, the new fleece pants are “super fuzzy, Mommy!” and, with prices starting at just $4.99, it is affordable for absolutely everyone!

The huge slash in prices covers the entire OshKosh selection and you are certain to find something for your little and/or big kids. With sizes ranging from newborn to a kid’s 12, OshKosh B’Gosh has everyone covered and you can certainly take my word for it that these clothes will last. The Baby Boy and Kid Boy shops have become a familiarity for me and I am in love with the Pull-On Fleece Pants (oh, how I wish they made these in adult sizes!). They are a breeze to get on and off (definitely a plus while potty training), they are super comfortable, and they are warm enough to wear in the frigid cold weather we’ve been having. These pants can even double as pj’s or lounge pants when necessary. Our little one proudly rocked the black pair while crashing on the sofa with his teddy bear during a recent illness. Big brother was playing doctor and all dressed up in his red OshKosh attire.

Aside from the comfort, OshKosh B’Gosh definitely has style covered as well. Our boys are outdoorsy kids and this long-sleeve skateboarding thermal tee fit in perfectly with our mini daredevils. There’s an added bonus in the fact that we can also use the OshKosh thermals to layer with regular tees for the cooler months.

The kids are also fond of sweater jackets for use indoors and out so when we came across the OshKosh B’Gosh Heritage Hoodie it was an obvious choice to buy. The question was which color? After promising that we’d continue our shopping from the comfort of our couch on the OshKosh B’Gosh website, the little guy chose the red option to go along with his fleece pants.

The Baby Girl and Kid Girl shops are perfect to browse for my niece and all of the items are absolutely adorable. It almost makes me want to try for that girl… almost. *Just kidding, honey!* Seriously though, you can’t tell me that these already put together outfits from OshKosh B’Gosh aren’t adorable. They are too cute for words!

Putting together great looks for boys is, oftentimes, quite the task but OshKosh makes it a breeze. Aside from having everything and then some for the pretty little princesses in our lives, OshKosh B’Gosh has darling little duds for our cool dude boys as well.
