Today I bring you another fabulous Mother’s Day gift idea! Luscious Lemon Cheesecake from Swiss Colony is a winner for sure. Of course, I love everything from Swiss Colony, including their sausage and cheese gift assortments which I reviewed previously.
Mom’s are usually the ones doing the baking for the family, so why not give her a break this one day of the year when we celebrate Mom’s and all that they do. You can treat her to a delicious gourmet dessert from Swiss Colony. Perhaps this will tempt you:
I was so glad when Swiss Colony wanted to be a part of our Mother’s Day Must-Have event. I think their items are perfect Mother’s Day Gifts. For my review, I chose the Swiss Colony Luscious Lemon Cheesecake ($29.99).
Capture the coolness of lemon in rich, exquisite bites of indulgence. Each slice is scrumptious vanilla graham crust and pillowy lemon cheesecake with lemon Danish filling on top. 2-lbs. 2-oz.
I am a giving person, so of course I shared *some* of this heavenly piece of goodness with my family. It arrived carefully packaged, on dry-ice, and it was in perfect condition – not cracked or mushed, like some food deliveries I receive. This is important to me – if I am sending it as a gift especially, I want to feel confident that they will arrive as a gift should.
The cheesecake was delicious…absolutely delicious. It was full of lemony flavor, and zesty but not overpowering. It had just the right amount of sweetness. My family agrees that it was easy on the tastebuds, and something they would love to have again. Let’s hope they remember that next Mother’s Day 🙂
