The search was on to find a dog toy to withstand Riker (my Great Dane puppy)’s wrath. I found one! Pride Bites is a dog toy company started by four men, who wanted to make a soft durable toy that was safe for dogs. Pride Bites are made of quality material and are vet approved.
Each Pride Bite is made of soft fleece, two layers of durable material, two encased squeakers, reinforced stitching, and an inner layer of soft foam. They are machine washable, and they float! Dogs who love to swim will have a blast taking this toy in the water.
The first day Riker loved his new Tux the Penguin dog toy from Pride Bites. He has had it for a week now and Tux is completely intact. You have to know, Riker is 120lbs and has destuffed the entire couch in our garage! That being said, it is a miracle when we find a toy that he can’t destroy.

Pride Bites has a neat customized option. You can have your company’s logo made into a Pride Bite dog toy! They also have Pride Bites available with your favorite Colleges! Except, they didn’t have my favorite – the UNC Tarheels, but I’m sure they are working on it!
