It’s the first in the series written for grade school children to learn about the inspiring lives of real life princesses in history.
This beautifully illustrated book teaches that Diana, Princess of Wales was a global icon that should never be forgotten. It depicts Princess Diana as an inspiration to young children all over the globe to learn compassion and generosity.
I especially loved the illustrations of her as a young girl and how she came to be courted by Prince Charles. As I flipped through the book, I quickly fell in love with the artwork.

Without giving too much of the away, I will say that there were some surprising facts about the life of Princess Diana that children should be exposed to. It makes a great gift for young children, especially little girls that are into Disney Princesses because they may not know that there are real life Princesses in the world who have worked to make the world a more compassionate place.
