Provella
When I had my gallbladder removed in 2003, my whole digestive system changed (and not for the better). I noticed that with certain foods, I had to make sure there was a restroom handy soon thereafter. Nice, huh? Although this is something I really don’t talk about much, it is very bothersome. I shudder to think what might be happening to my insides.
I was really excited to try Provella to see if it might help some of my issues. I am somewhat familiar with probiotics, and I make sure I take them after a round of antibiotics, but really a probiotic should be taken regularly, not just after antibiotics.
It always seems strange to me that there are actually good bacteria, and they are crucial for our digestive systems to work correctly. There are many things we do on a daily basis that strip our bodies of these essential bacteria. In fact, good bacteria can help with the absorption of important nutrients. According to their website, Provella is a probiotic supplement which contains a blend of six bacterial strains – and it is formulated especially for women!
Here is a short question and answer video about Provella:

So how do I feel after using Provella for a few weeks? Well, for one thing (and this is a biggie for me), I am completely “regular”. I haven’t been this way since my surgery in 2003, and it is such a relief that I don’t have to run for the restroom after eating a meal. Provella helps to protect the intestines from stomach acid, and since Provella is a time-release formula, it ensures that live organisms reach the intestines to do their work there.
In addition to physically feeling better, I know that Provella is working hard in my body to keep things regulated and balanced. Things that I may not even notice, but that are so important. *Provella provides feminine and immune health as well as digestive health. As we get older, our bodies change so much – I feel good knowing that there is something taking care of all these things, and it is as simple as taking one supplement daily.
I hope you will try Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement too – I am a believer, and it has truly made a difference in my life (and I don’t say this lightly – prior to Provella, I experienced some really bad effects)! Of course, if you have questions or concerns, make sure you consult with your doctor before taking Provella, or any new product.
You can find Provella at several retailers online and off, and it is also available at Drugstore.com
*I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Provella. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating. I have been on the search for a dairy/casein free probiotic. I have alot of damage due to gluten and wasn’t aware that it was a problem til last year. I did finally find one that is non dairy based and started taking it yesterday. I can’t wait to see if it helps. So glad to hear Provella is working for you.
