It is always scary when you drive while pregnant (at least it was for me). I worried that another car might hit me and injure myself and/or my baby. Pregnant drivers and passengers simply place The Tummy Shield on the car seat, wrap the attached belt around the seat, and secure it with the buckle. When seated, buckle the seat as usual, pull the lap portion down and insert into Tummy Shield anchor, then pull the seat belt snug.
