Finds Shopping App

I am a shopoholic. There, I said it. I am also an “iPhone-aholic”. I love the combination of both when looking for the perfect product(s) for my home, or the perfect outfit for me. Imagine an app that lets you discover fun new must-have items and share your own! That is exactly what the Finds app does.

I have been having a blast with this app – not only posting my own finds, but looking at others’ finds as well. I found this app to be really user friendly (and quite entertaining!).  I am so happy that the Finds asked me to review this app for them.*

My daughter and I went to our vacation home over Spring Break and we did a little shopping (okay a lot). We found this really cute gourmet store, and I really wanted one of everything in there. I managed to control myself somehow, and bought only a few things. The first thing I found was a pair of Le Creuset Finger Hot Pads. They are a new product, and the store had JUST put them on display. They didn’t even have a price on them yet, and had to look it up. I think these are the neatest things ever, as regular hot pads are just so big (and I have tiny hands). It never fails, I always end up dunking the hot pads in whatever I am cooking…until now. These little ones that I bought (and posted on Find) are just the right size. They are a rectangular shape with little thumb pockets where you insert your thumbs to get a good grasp on the dish. Aren’t they the best? I wanted to share them with the world, so I hope the other users on Finds will be able to locate them as well.

We wondered around the store a bit more and I found one of my favorite goodies – Cherry Sours! I figured I would buy a bag to munch on in the evening, while my daughter and I watched a movie. Of course, I had to share this Finds too!

There are so many things I love about the Find app, but one of my favorite features is the Wish List. I can save things that I must have at some point, and refer to it when necessary. There is also a search option, to help you locate exactly what you are looking for. Since this is a relatively new app, it may not bring up your item, but I have a feeling that there will be SO many finds in the near future. You can also follow other users if you like their style and are enjoying their finds.

One thing I found on Finds were these adorable sandals. The user found them at TJ Maxx, so I know exactly where to go when it is time to buy them.

Of course I found many other items I would love to have too.  There were some darling little girl clothing items that I would buy in a heartbeat if my daughter was still little.  *Swoon*!
