Having a good mattress is so incredibly important to ensure a good night’s sleep, and is also necessary for back and neck health! I am a firm believer in a having the best mattresses, as my husband suffers from severe back problems. He has a herniated disc (which he has had surgery for) and he also has a few other discs that are bulging. When we are out of town, staying at a hotel, he often wakes up with a really sore back, as the bed was just too soft.
Shopping for a mattress can be frustrating though. It is something you want to be perfect, so doing research before you shop is a really good idea. I think it important to buy mattresses from companies and brands you know and trust, and that have a good reputation. Serta is one such company. They have been around for years, and I have personally owned them before and have been very pleased. They seem to keep their shape better than many other mattresses.
You can purchase Serta mattresses at a variety of places, but why not do it from the comfort of your own home? One online shopping site, ShopNBC.com is a good place to start. I have been looking at a Serta mattresse from them and I am really impressed with their huge selection! The site is really easy to navigate – you can find top sellers, and you can also compare the different mattresses using their “compare” tool. One other helpful feature on is the reviews. I always like hearing what others think before making a big purchase…especially from people who have had their product for a few months. I like to hear how things hold up over time.
In addition to mattresses, ShopNBC.com has many other products for everyone on your holiday list. They feature jewelry, beauty, computer & electronics apparel, home collectibles and so much more. There is even a clearance section {oh how I love a good deal!}. They have deals of the day, and trust me, they are good! I am eyeing a Magellan Roadmate GPS that is currently only $135.80. That is a REALLY good price!
Head on over to ShopNBC.com and get a jump start on your holiday shopping!

I know what you mean by having the WRONG mattress. I have had 5 back surgeries and the worst is hotel ones that are too soft. We need a new one desperately but am so afraid to buy and get the WRONG one. thanks!
