In our quest to eat healthier my family and I have begun to search for products that are not only healthy, but actually tasty. Regular white bread isn’t all that great for us, and other bread-type choices get boring pretty quickly. Thomas’ Bagel Thins has taken the boring out of eating healthy, by giving us a product that offers fewer calories and several flavor selections.
Since receiving Thomas’ Bagel Thins for review, our views of sandwiches and snacks have changed. My kids {teens} even love them, which really does say a lot. They are both very concerned about their health, as am I. At only 110 calories per bagel, and zero cholesterol, they are perfect for our everyday needs. We have them in the mornings for breakfast, with cream cheese, or peanut butter. We have them at lunchtime with lunchmeat and/or cheese. They are good whether they are plain or toasted. My son has even been using them as a panini bread of sorts – grilling a sanwich on the George Foreman Evolve grill that I reviewed recently. There are so many options, and I don’t see us getting bored with them anytime in the near future! Thomas’ Bagel Thins are easy to grab on the go too!
They come in flavors such as plain, 100% whole wheat, and everything {these are SO tasty}. For even more ideas, I have been perusing the Thomas’ Bagel Thins site for recipes, and I have found some that I am definitely going to try. The Southwestern, the Sweet Almond Orange Cream Cheese and the Turkey and Swiss Melt, in particular, have caught my eye!
Next time you are at the grocery story, I hope you will keep an eye out for Thomas’ Bagel Thins – I think you’ll be quite happy you did!
On a side note, I received a fabulous 4-slice toaster from Black & Decker. I am completely smitten with it!

I like that Bagels are filling, and with only 110 calories in the Thomas Bagel Thins and some no fat cream cheese on top of them halved you can’t go wrong. Have a piece of fruit and I also think you have a healthy breakfast.
These are SO good! Yum. Makes me want to make a run to the store.
