Since we are homeschooling, I’m constantly on the look out for creative ways to teach Luv. At the age of four, it’s important that her lessons are engaging, constructive, and fun! Wikki Stix takes a hands on approach to creative activities for kids. Sparking their imagination, encouraging them to build, create, and take delight in a well disguised learning tool.
Wikki Stix are simply made of yarn and wax {non-toxic}. They easily stick to each other so your child can build and create virtually anything their imagination allows. Repositioning is a breeze and the clean up {if any} is as simple as wiping down the surface with a dry cloth. Perhaps the best quality is that Wikki Stix are made in the USA! *cheer*
When Luv and I first tried her Wikki Stix, she was not sure what to make of them. “They’re sticky, Momma.” But after I showed her a letter I made, she happily grabbed them and started making her own letters. Then we made numbers and different shapes to build houses. I can also see Wikki Stix coming in handy for rainy day activities {we have our fair share of those in Washington state}, as a fun distraction in restaurants, and to have on hand for any last minute children’s gifts.
Wikki Stix has a great selection for themed packs as well. From their Birthday Party kit to Create-A-Card Fun Kit, I definitely want to get the Jewish Fun Book and Chanukah Fun Favors for Luv I know she’d love those!
