What is the Ketogenic Diet?

- Cheese, including cottage cheese
- Full-fat dairy, including butter and cream
- Nuts and seeds

- 70% Cocoa (or higher percentage of cocoa) dark chocolate
- Berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
